A2 has the fastest servers I've worked on in over 15 years as a professional web developer. I've been through many hosts over the years, and my most recent search involved several purchases at various hosts that I needed to refund because either the servers or the support were terrible. I finally found A2 and haven't looked back. Setup is a breeze; everything works as expected without having to hunt for things or go through support to activate features. When you do need support, they're excellent. They take care of any issues without trying to blame the user or make excuses. If they don't know an answer, they escalate the issue to somebody who does - instead of pretending and guessing like you see at so many other hosts.
One client said they had an issue that took a while to get sorted. I haven't had any issues myself, but I guess no support team is perfect. Not specific to A2, but for all hosts (including them): I really dislike that they jack up the rates after the first, heavily-discounted term. I'm not complaining about the discount, but all hosts do this. Because of the price disparity, it makes switching to a new host more logical than renewing with your current one. A2 is good enough that I will stay, but it would be good if hosts just kept their prices the same. After all, if they can afford to give someone 3 years at the lower price, why can't they just keep that price? Why does it have to double or triple on renewal? Seems like gouging, but you can't get away from it.
They're a good, reliable host. Their servers are fast, and run everything I need without glitches, errors or crashes. Uptime is excellent, as is their tech support.
I was looking for another hosting provider to migrate my websites. I was happy with services on the old one but the prices has become unaffordable, so I was looking for the host that would have the same / similar quality for affordable price. I wasn’t looking for the cheapest option because quality cost. After the researching I stopped with A2 Hosting. One of the things that were important to me that they have a server location in Europe. What I was impressed of a lot was their support. The pre-sale team answered very quickly my questions. Afterwards, when I migrated my 5 websites (despite, they offer one website free of charge, I decided to do it by myself, cause I have knowledge and I still needed to migrate 5 and point the domains from different places). And I could say that during the process I was a lot on their support chat or submitted support tickets. Since I work in IT, I know that even you do the things “by the book” there is always something that doesn’t work as you expected. So I would lie saying that the migration was easy-breezy but their support is superb! If you don’t manage to resolve an issue on their live support (sometimes the issue is too complicated to resolve right away), they were very operative to answer the support tickets. Bottom line, I’m very happy changing the hosting company and that migration process has finished.
I didn't like so much the usability of their live chat. For example, at the end of the chat you can choose that the transcript would be emailed to you. It would be emailed, but it would never have my initial request (text). It would happen that not everything could be solved on the live support, so I had to submit a support ticket with the same issue. It would be handy if I could just copy-paste my initial text from the transcript, but that text wasn't included there.

Using almost 6 moths but never need to connect to support for any issue. All required tools and facility are preset so I can easy and quickly serve to my clients. Easy and default SSH setting. Till date not come to any big issue but sure like to say domain cost to much high where I have to keep my domain at other company. Apart from all other hosting server looks fine and excellent Also at some level feel pricing is quite high then other. Thanks

I've been using A2 hosting for about 5 years and have never had any issues with security or downtime; their chat support is excellent, and most of my questions were answered during the chat, or they generated tickets and resolved the issue within 2 to 3 days. I completely trust a2 because their security implementations are more than adequate to keep your website from being hacked.
one thing I don't like about a2 hosting is their cost, they give you a good discount on your first purchase but you will be charged significantly high than other hosting companies like Hostinger or Bluehost.

This is the 6th or so service I've used over nearly 20 years and it by far the best of them yet. I have a VPS. People seem to ask about speed because of the claims they make regarding the Lightspeed servers. Every sinle spec on GTmetrix was cut in at least half compared to previous and near identically speced VPSs. And the deal is extremely fare for what we have. More importantly, the tech support is amazing. There's rarely a wait for chat, and more complicated issues that go to a second level get immediate attention. Our site has never been down in three years, except for our own errors, like filling up the disk. It's just a completely different experience. I'm writing this during the COVID period. Business has slowed and expenses are being cut. They had no problem helping us temporarily save some money and no fees have been charged for changes made. This is a company that keeps its clients. 100% recommended!

I have a Turbo Web Hosting plan for professional use. I am a wedding photographer and it's very important that my Homepage shows up in a couple of seconds to my potential clients, without delays. A2 hosting is super fast and reliable, I have rarely had issues but when it happened they solved the problem within a bunch of minutes. I'd reccommend it to all those who want a fast and reliable web server.
The price is a bit above desired, but it' all justified by the amount of services they offer in their top package. Sometimes the prices are not so clear to understand, especially if you are not a first-time subscriber. I found differences within the prices advertised in the homepage and those stated in the "buy more services" section when logged in.
