Wrike has a modern design with a lot of tools that I find useful when I do my projects, with the program I achieved an increase in the collaboration of everyone in my team, it is the program with which I develop my work and I can apply my Personal methods in each management, I like it because I can customize the work without difficulty and I have more benefits, its cloud allows me to enter each device and always maintain a high security to save important documents, it is a complete program and I use every day in my Department
I have been comparing the costs of other programs with wrike and the program has a somewhat high cost, I do not know why they do not make improvements and adjust their price, I do not consider the cost fair and if they continue making increases unfortunately I will not continue using the program is very good, but I will not pay the cost if they continue to increase it
Modern applications and a system that offers me the security I want to keep the private information of my work safe, the main features of wrike that I like are also its versatility, and have control in each project, the provider is fast and they have a very effective training to start the program, I can say that they have a cordial treatment and improve my experience as a user.
The large amount of facilities and tools can offer by the software. Solved!
The way the bill is presented on the website and how it is actually performed. Solved!
Problem was solved by Wrike.... I don't believe in this company, because I feel like I've been robbed, because when you are at the purchase page, Wrike offers you two options, annual purchase charged monthly (recurring payment) or monthly purchase (40% plus, suggest not recurring) and only in terms of use does it informing about the recurrence to both choices of plans. I had a brief experience to try the software, then when I decided to do it, the software did not offer enough tools in free version. Then I decided to buy a professional version for 1 month, but anyways I needed more, than a Wrike consultor contacted me to help me with the software, and he offer a upgrade to business plan. The consulting helped me to know and unsderstand the software, and I said at all times clearly throughout our comercial relationship about my intention was to test for a month. A few days ago I checked my credit card, and realized the charges for three months, butI had not used the software since the end of last year as I had told the consultant when we spoke about my intentions for Wrike. Since the I tried refund these bills, but the consulting dont answer me anymore and the contact with the supporte declined my solicitations. I believe in clear and fair business relations for both sides, this is not the case for this company. Who knows that I did not use the service, because there are access logs, and still maintain the unauthorized charges.
Wrike is based on latest technology, like the concept it is developed to help start ups. This helps the new comers to expand their business and workforce with no efforts. It is infrastructure less platform, used to collaborate the teams together online. Moreover flexible timings and availability 24 x 7 for every person no hassles of morning drive, reaching office. office and your work is always with you, you can do it nay time anywhere, team tasks are monitored by team lead, tracking of project progress is easy.
It offers multiple plans like business plan , marketer plan, professional plan and start up free plan. the plans are very costly, they charge not according to project or company, but charge per user, cost is high, also it is not integrated with various other repositories other than git hub. There help center is bad, almost they are not providing feasible solution to any problem, just providing instruction and methods, non significant.
It solves the problem of team management and project milestones analyze. not it come with work view and monitoring panel. work view is to analyze the works and targets achieved by individual in teams. and monitoring panel helps to monitor deadline track progress and to float instructions. communication is easy with mails, it is integrated with gmail.
I really enjoyed the snapshot feature of Wrike and how easily it can be shared to customers. Plus they do not need a license or a software download to view - just an internet browser.
I don't like how many clicks it takes to add tasks (maybe there's a shortcut I don't know of). And I don't like that in order to manage the schedule in certain ways, I need to use different views. There are some things you can only do in Gantt View or List View. Additionally, sometimes when I'm stuck with something I google the topic. Many times I will find years-old Wrike Help discussions about the same topic I'm struggling with. But the issue has not been resolved in any way - only "we'll take a look into that" type of comments from years ago. So it seems like the feedback is getting from the users to Wrike, but the feedback is either not valued or there aren't enough workers to make changes to the software.
Communication amongst or between departments has been more effective. Although because it is so different from what people are used to, adoption amongst other departments has occasionally been more difficult than originally expected. I know that Wrike was pretty involved off the bat when we were in our trial phase with the product, but continued support or yearly training would be something that I feel our organization would really benefit from.
It is easy to get onboard, intuitive, offers a lot of functionalities for the price. Time tracking is a key feature that other project management software don't offer out of the box. For me its important as I want to keep track of the time we spend on projects so I can demonstrate how many resources needed. I looked at other platforms, and nothing provided me the benefits and features for the price we pay.
The pricing plans could be more flexible. The number of user jump is quite big for our size of our team. It goes from 5 to 15. If I just need 1 more, I need to justify the jump in cost. Once you go up in plans, they apparently don't let you go back down, but they did for us. I guess I was very persuasive.
Project management, task management, collaboration and transparency on workload. It also provides me the ability to add an unlimited number of contributors which is great. Other colleagues have really appreciated the collaborative aspect of Wrike.
Wrike is one of my favorite apps for working on the go, updating tasks, and giving feedback to teams from anywhere using Android and iOS devices. It is also useful for synchronizing applications such as email and the virtual task calendar on platforms such as Google, Outlook, and Calendar; it allows you to see updates made by coworkers in real-time.
I want Wrike to include in its functions the virtue of baselines and monitoring of project costs; even though it lacks the functions above so far, its use and application is adding value and guarantee to the activities without inconvenience.
Wrike provides optimal planning levels and reliable results with helpful resources such as the timeline (Gantt chart), allowing users to get a broad view of the project schedule and status.
We can create forms that suit our business's needs. It is extremely easy to share tasks with individuals or teams. Planning is also very easy and Wrike allows the deployment of comprehensive flowcharts. Time management is also very precise and allows us to give detailed billing information to our valued customers. I especially liked the configuration process of repetitive tasks. Unlike other software, the process was extremely easy and fast. The implementation process of Wrike was also quite easy. We have decided on a slower approach by implementing one department at a time with IT coming first, then R&D, Production, sales and so on. This slightly slower process ensure that all of our users were brought in the Wrike fold at a proper pace. All of our users are very autonomous and require very little if no help at all.
Unfortunately, Wrike takes a bit of time to learn and master. Your first steps with the application will feel like an actual journey. This can be prohibitive for people that are not 100% computer literate. Same thing if you need to create custom forms: you will have to devote quite a bit of time to learn the required skills and then apply your newly acquired but kind of shaky knowledge to create that form. Another topic is the quickly rising costs for additional features. The basic Wrike is decent but if you want anything fancier than the base offering then prepare for the extra expenditures especially if you add several users into the equation.
Not a problem per se, however because of the global pandemic most if not all of our staff have been working at home. Having a dynamically updated tool that is easily accessible with a browser helped us keep our projects on track. Wrike is such an efficient software tool that the transition to working from home has been seamless and we saw no productivity loss. This has lead us to expand the scope of our hiring needs and has allowed us to recruit very good candidates and interns that are fully able to work remotely. No other software has matched our needs for production flowcharts and step by step control.
With wrike I have managed to understand the needs of my coworkers, and those of my clients, I really like their system and functions because unlike many programs it is not linear, the method of working with wrike goes beyond Gantt diagrams and Kanban tables, is a software that helps to know my work team and grow in mutual and common work, this program improved the result of all whiteattention services, the procedures have changed, I use their editors a lot, for images and Texts and communication also helps me achieve fast results.
The difficulty of some functions and tools of the program can become annoying in the deployment, even sometimes it is necessary for a professional to configure it, I feel that if they simplify many of its functions and make them run with more direct tools it could be exploited much more the benefits of the program, even your calendar should improve and have more customization
Wrike gave me the opportunity to get to know my colleagues and clients more closely, where in a few months I managed to get a complete idea of their needs and manage to solve all these failures, this is something that is priceless, so I am sure that few programs offer a service like this, I also like its cost and security to work within its platform without having to do an installation
