SurveyMonkey is very user friendly - easy to set-up, its appearance is clean & simple (doesn't dissuade recipient from completing by seeing a cluttered or "busy" page) and if you only need basic functionality it is free! You can design and deploy a survey quite quickly. The software captures and complies the feedback which is easy to read.

Subscription prices seem high. If the costs were, in my opinion, a bit more reasonable there would be more t thought into moving from the free option to a paid subscription. But, given the current prices, the free tier works.

Not a lot to dislike about a tool like SurveyMonkey. I would just say the price maybe for what its worth could keep people away from purchasing a tool like SurveyMonkey.

The paid level is a pretty pricey, especially for an application that just does surveys. If they can reduce the prices that would be great. I honestly would not pay for this unless it was already expensed by my company. If they lowered the prices, I'm sure a lot of users would use it more.

Free plan doesn't has all the features. For students it becomes a bit difficult to correlate the data. Once switch to paid version, it has no issues
