SurveyMonkey is very user friendly - easy to set-up, its appearance is clean & simple (doesn't dissuade recipient from completing by seeing a cluttered or "busy" page) and if you only need basic functionality it is free! You can design and deploy a survey quite quickly. The software captures and complies the feedback which is easy to read.
Subscription prices seem high. If the costs were, in my opinion, a bit more reasonable there would be more t thought into moving from the free option to a paid subscription. But, given the current prices, the free tier works.
Capturing feedback from conference participants is key in my industry which is medical education (this really hold true for any type of meeting/conference/event). However, what we do, and the feedback we get is also necessary for maintaining accreditation . Our learners are so busy that the last thing many want to do is a survey... So, in order to get the feedback we want we MUST offer a clean, easy to peruse survey which is not cost-prohibitive. SurveyMonkey it the go-to solution.
The convenience of usage comes first. Users may easily develop and distribute surveys using SurveyMonkey's user-friendly interface. It is simple to create a survey and distribute it to participants, even if you have no technical knowledge. The platform provides a number of templates and customization options so customers can design a survey that fits their unique demands and represents their business. The capacity for data analysis is the second. Powerful data analysis tools are available through SurveyMonkey, making it simple to gather and examine survey data. The technology provides real-time reporting, enabling users to evaluate survey findings right away and base decisions on the information. Users can further analyze and visualize their data with the platform's integration with other data analysis tools like Excel and Google Sheets. The third is the capacity for cooperation. Multiple I was able to collaborate on the same survey project using SurveyMonkey's team collaboration tool. For larger organizations or teams collaborating on a project, this is very useful. Users of the platform may also share their surveys with others and obtain feedback on them, which makes it simpler to collaborate to build a wonderful survey.
The thing I don't like about SurveyMonkey is how little the survey design can be customized. Although there are many pre-designed templates and themes available on the platform, there aren't as many possibilities as there are with other survey platforms for changing the survey's appearance.Another problem is the platform's pricing, which I feel is perceived to be excessive given the degree of the functionality provided. Additionally, the platform lacks some of the more sophisticated capabilities seen in other survey systems, including sophisticated skip logic, dynamic questions, and the capacity for building complicated surveys. Few functional and technical concerns with the platform, particularly with the reporting and data analysis functions. Although the platform has a strong support staff that tries to address these problems, users who depend on the service for crucial data collecting and analysis may still find it difficult.

Its got a very user friendly interface. Provides a quick and easy way to send out an internal or external survey to receive feedback from your employees or even the customers. This is an effective way to really see how your employees and customers feel about the services you provide or the workplace in general. With how the industries are moving to a more remote work setting, its harder to guage users feelings, so this private method helps.
Not a lot to dislike about a tool like SurveyMonkey. I would just say the price maybe for what its worth could keep people away from purchasing a tool like SurveyMonkey.
When the company is all working remotely or if we don't physically see each other often, its hard to gauge how people are really feeling about their job and their current situations. So this is an easy and effective way to receive their true feedback.
Survey Monkey charges a simple rolling monthly fee that allows users to dip in and out whenever the service is required. Their fees are incredibly transparent, with no hidden clauses and sun-requirements.
Like any survey program you have to accept the limitations it does have: it does not have the visual pizaz as Qualtrics, yet at the same time it feels far more navigatable the surveygizo. I would generally consider survey monkey as a middle of the road, "does what it says on the tin" survey product.
Being able to give honest, practical feedback through simple, short and interesting surveys is a key ingredient and ethos to survey monkey. The majority of surveys give users the choice to really change the direction of a company and help them improve in areas where they have weakness.

One of the most powerful features of SurveyMonkey is its ability to target specific audiences. It offers a wide range of features, a user-friendly interface and is cost-effective.
While SurveyMonkey is a powerful survey tool, it has certain limitations, including a lack of flexibility in creating complex or custom survey designs and limited analytics and reporting features.
I can immediately spot patterns and trends in the survey data because the data visualization features help me develop more precise predictions. It enables faster information gathering and sharing of findings in simple File formats. It's simple enough for most team members to learn and allows immediate changes.
The simplicity of SurveyMonkey is outstanding. Whether you are a user or creator, the application is very direct. It is a great way to receive feedback from your employees when you want to keep everything anonymous. It is hard to get survey answers already, but when you tell them its from Survey Monkey, there is almost no hesitation
The paid level is a pretty pricey, especially for an application that just does surveys. If they can reduce the prices that would be great. I honestly would not pay for this unless it was already expensed by my company. If they lowered the prices, I'm sure a lot of users would use it more.
It has been able to allow me and other employees to fix the ways we manage people at the store. Because the feedback is anonymous, people can say their honest opinion and it would not affect anyones reputation. It is a clean and simple and allows me to improve.
I like how SurveyMonkey allows me to create and distribute various types of surveys, such as customer satisfaction, employee engagement, market research, and more. It is really easy to use, with a very low learning curve. It has a lot of templates, question types, and design options to choose from. It also has powerful features, such as logic, branching, and piping, that help me customize my surveys and make them more relevant and engaging for my respondents. I also like how SurveyMonkey integrates with many other apps and tools that I use, such as CRM, marketing automation, collaboration, and analytics. This helps me streamline my workflows, sync my data, and get more insights from my feedback.
Some things about SurveyMonkey I think can be improved upon are the pricing and the customer support. I feel the pricing is a bit steep and the various plans with add-ons can quickly add up in cost. Also, the customer service can be slow, or unavailable at times.
It is benefiting me by: - Enabling me to create and distribute professional-looking surveys in minutes, with a lot of templates, question types, and design options to choose from. Providing me with powerful features, such as logic, branching, and piping, that help me customize my surveys and make them more relevant and engaging for my respondents. - Integrating with many other apps and tools that I use, such as CRM, marketing automation, collaboration, and analytics, to streamline my workflows, sync my data, and get more insights from my feedback.

Additionally, the variety of pricing plans it offers makes it a cost-effective solution for any organization. Overall, I highly recommend SurveyMonkey for any Human Resource manager looking to gather employee feedback and make informed decisions.
Free plan doesn't has all the features. For students it becomes a bit difficult to correlate the data. Once switch to paid version, it has no issues
Collecting surveys from employees and customising templates is amazing
