easy to learn and use - i like the connections (@'s).
1] id like to be able to toggle to req based versus candidate based, 2] when scheduling interviews, if you could add the ability to add an attachment (doc or other) it would be HUGELY beneficial, 3] reporting that integrates to power bi or other useful tool
having an ATS, candidate tracking, etc. Benefits are time savings and status.
Very user friendly and customizable! It is easy to learn and I love the ease of adding candidates and moving them through the interview process.
Difficult to search previous candidates. Would appreciate support from level on best practices to train hiring managers and executives to assure a streamlined process is in place.
Helps track job applicants and move them quickly through interview process.
I like that it connects easily to LinkedIn for importing candidates. It also makes it easy to search through and tag existing candidates.
The extension only works for Chrome, which is not really an issue for me as Chrome is my primary browser. I've been having issues with existing candidates not popping up on LinkedIn. When I'm on the LinkedIn page of an existing candidate, the Lever extension prompts me to create a new profile, rather than pulling up their existing one. The Lever team has been very helpful in troubleshooting this issue and is working towards a solution.
I'm able to tag candidates by location and only send them opportunities that are geographically feasible.
I like how easy it is to configure data in Lever to really analyze how you are doing from a hiring perspective.
Lever can be a little tricky about organizing candidates. Once you get it, it's fine, but did take a little while to get familiar with it.
Lever is mostly used to track the candidates we are interviewing and sourcing for our open positions.
Lever has a good setup for reviewing candidates
The reporting functions are no good. There's no structure for sources of candidates and they don't separate candidate profiles from jobs so candidates show up everywhere. Boolean searches are impossible.
Easy real time tracking of candidates. Good feedback formats.
The candidate view aspect is really nice and you can see everything you want The job creating and adjusting aspect is good The integrations are good
Blind hiring is a weakness, and not on the roadmap so far as I understand
Lever helps us hire good talent, and is a solid choice for the ATS market it is in. I like it
I love how easy Lever is to use. Usability is 100% and I love how it integrates with my google calendar. It took me only a couple of days to get comfortable with Lever.
Sometimes it crashes or is not working properly and it makes it hard to be productive.
It is so easy to keep updated with where a candidate is located in the process with us. Keeps me organized and I use the snooze feature SO much.
Easy to track status of applicant through hiring process
Requires some setup and customization to fully utilize the app. Cannot track one candidate for multiple roles adequately - have to archive then unarchive - should be by role applied for, not candidate as a whole. Would love a timeline view on one page of everything for a candidate - applied, interviewed, declined, etc - with enough detail to avoid having to go into each item (interview feedback, etc), but still keep on one “overview” page.
Tracking applicants and hires. Keeps process streamlined in one system, and can see if candidate has applied multiple times and history of prior interviews, etc.
How easy is to collect the data in the system.
Some fields are not readable and I need to work a little bit more than usual.
The most recent one was to identify the employee's reasons of exit.
I really like the collaboration part of lever. It makes my job easier by tagging hiring managers on a profile than having to download/save resume and send.
That to my knowledge there isn't any way to go back and see all the people you tagged in comments for a week.
Solving communication errors as well as tracking. We used to do everything manual but now through the automated reports in Lever we can pull info quite easily.
Lever is very easy to pick up and use. All features are made with general intuition in mind. I was able to learn Lever on my own in a few days.
Some of the very specialized features take time to get working properly, and the support team is not able to give an estimated timeline accurately.
Hiring faster. The biggest benefit is that Lever sends follow up emails for feedback, so there's very little delay in wrapping up a job. I used to have to send constant emails to interviewers to gather all feedback.
I like how organized the software is in terms of searching candidates, jobs, and candidate information and communication in one spot. It also makes it easy for us to collaborate with hiring managers
I wish there was an option to download a pdf or word version of our job descriptions from what we've made in Lever
Lever allows us to really easily manage candidates, and visualize them in the pipeline throughout multiple, customized steps
Visibility when scheduling interviews.Templates that save and the resume addition!
Customer service - there is no chat - have to email them. Sometimes it can get difficult to sort things out when looking at positions and applicants.
Very practical for recruiting coordination!
I like the way it is set up so that I can see all the stages on a req and easily update status and notes on candidates. I also like how easy it has been to add my availability and set up email templates.
I haven't researched doing mass emails or bulk updates but it is not as intuitive so I need to do some more digging.
sending availability and scheduling, I like the easybook link. I am hoping to use it for scheduling with others in the org as well.
The transparency of the product aligns with our mission. Very intuitive and easy to use.
Branding could be a lot better. Although a modern tool -- it does not look like it from initial glance.
Recruiting process, feedback and speed. Gives the company a central place to refer to for all things recruiting.
Easy to use Recruiting process, nice CRM, great interview scheduling capabilities
Only English is available for reciters. No in-tool advanced posting functionality for multi branding companies. No real linkedin integration
CRM and Mobile usage
that it connects to my google apps, it's pretty self explanatory and the online chat
that you have to send an offer through approval every time you change the start date.
the feedback forms are great and the standard reports that can be pulled are super helpful.
Super simple to use - you can get up and running in minutes - and doesn't get in the way of applicant tracking (some other platforms are overly complex - not Lever)
Nothing - loving the experience so far and won't move away from it
We have hundreds of applicants across a bunch of different departments applying - each at a different stage of the interview process. Lever makes it super simple to manage this entire process.
The integration between Lever and Workday was simple to set up. We provided the requirements to Lever and their API was able to deliver all of the requirements we had for pulling the Hire information into Workday.
The system seems to be a bit glitchy. In our first week of going live we had issues email directly from the system and had to send offers manually via outlook email.
we're mainly utilizing Lever to improve our CRM functionality. We need a better way to nurture candidates and keep them warm.
I love how complete the feature set is for this use case. All of our team members can collaborate on one product, leave interview feedback, and track where applicants are in the pipeline.
The complexity of the product lends itself to a complex UI, which can be challenging to navigate at times. I'd like for the product to be a bit better designed so it's easier to navigate.
Applicant tracking. Candidates no longer get lost in the fold and we've been able to follow up with candidates in a consistent, low-touch manner to help ensure we're constantly keeping them informed and selling them throughout this entire process. Overall, I'd recommend Lever to a friend. I love all of the integrations with different hiring platforms and it seems to do a great job at solving the job.
