Unbelievable white-glove service. Their CEO and CTO offered to jump on a call with me to do a deep dive into our content and online presentation plus look at some opportunities for growth. The time they both dedicated went way above and beyond the standard responses I got from other tools I inquired about. These guys holistically understand the industry, the market, and the science that brings it all together. Just a truly innovative outlook and product.
Not much. They take any and all feedback and use it to constantly make improvements. I'm looking forward to seeing our organic traffic results from all the time we have spent with the product!
Ability to reduce costs by investing in one tool vs. many and outside SEO consultancy fees; confidence that our digital presence is consistently growing and dominating our competitors.
INK is very user-friendly - although it offers way more tools than any other AI content creator out there. Also, compared to others (and what it offers) I find it to have the more logical pricing.
Although they offer a generous free-to-try plan, I think their starter plan should be priced less.
INK for All is helping me produce content 10X faster than without it.
We already had a solid SEM strategy in place but our SEO had room for improvement. Because we're not SEO people, I looked at several options, including bringing on an outside consultant for a quarter. We basically needed some guidance to find the right growth opportunities for our brand. Also looked at finding the easiest to use SEO software. In the end, INK was the most cost-effective and easy to use option. We didn't need to spend our budget on a consultant -- and got fantastic results.
Having their own file type is a neat idea but in practice, it wasn't as easy as sharing a Google Doc, for example.
We were able to avoid spending budget on an SEO consultant and grow our organic traffic by 140% in just under 3 months!
It's a very easy-to-use tool which, combined with some light keyword research, has helped me rank my new website on search engines.
I haven't had any real trouble with it so far.
It's a cost-effective SEO optimisation solution that saves me a ton of money on the more expensive tools out there.
1) Recommendations are clear, understandable, and highly relevant to each piece of content I work on. 2) Typing experience is very responsive and fluid.
The feedback button is a great idea but isn't immediately evident to the user.
As a PM, I love anything that can help me streamline tasks, reduce redundancy within the team, and reduce costs. INK helps with all three. I don't need to put extra pressure on Marketing to understand competitive insights, I can do a lot of it myself. It's also made me somewhat of an SEO expert so I can better understand and contribute to more projects.
Part of my past academic experience was in AI research and algorithms. I continued to be impressed with the personal touch they give every inquiry. The Marketing Lead and CTO scheduled a working session with me and some of the science behind the application. They ended up helping a lot and were always available for any follow up questions.
Nothing to add here that is worthy to mention.
The writing team loves it. They pay for tons of tools (not cheap) and INK is the only one our writers actually like to use. Unbelievable cost reduction. The team was able to cut costs by more than 60% just by getting rid of most of the SEO tools subscription and replacing them with INK.
If our messaging and content perfectly align with our target audiences, I feel like I'm doing my job right. I have to make sure we're targeting the right audiences for our product. It's crucial that I profoundly understand not just what our audiences are looking for but also their expectations when they find it. Impeccable intent research combined with INK is my key to success here.
Their team could definitely do a better job of telling their story. They have a truly game-changing product and they could make that value clearer to their users. The app does so much that it might be difficult to pull it all together in a clear message but the bottom line is that it works.
I'm confident our materials meet our audience's expectations better than the competition. I know I'm speaking their language, meeting their expectations, and amplifying our brand every step of the way.
THE TEAM! The people behind this company spent just so much time thinking about how to make the perfect tool content marketers and it shows. They are so open to feedback and get in touch with you instantly to talk about your ideas. I sent some random feedback with the button in the app about how it would be useful to be able to open and close tasks and they reached out to me. I ended up making a video walking them through my feedback and my ideas and they loved it. They put a lot of them straight into development which really impressed me. They love what they do and are super sweet creative geniuses. Best experiences I've ever had with any platform/company, just overall impressive people and and impressive app.
You have to get used to the concept of scoring your work and sometimes I don't think I can get to 100% but it's not really clear why.
Well I'm super focused and don't get caught up or slowed down by the details anymore. I used to have what I call a "preflight checklist" with all the things I needed to do before submitting an article for publication and I was able to get rid of that. Ink helps me stay organized and prioritize the top things to work on and the focus mode also keeps me on track.
