I like that GoToMeeting makes it easy to log in and join a conference call or webinar.

I cannot think of anythign that I do not like at this time.

GoToMeeting is used by a lot of the non-profit organizations that we work with. We are a small rural hospital and traveling to conferences or meeting can be difficult. This software allows us to join these meeting and gain valuable resources and knowledge that we implement to provide quality care/service.

Very good tool, very useful, easy to use, good operation in the functions, easy to install, excellent in the adaptation of any operating system.

i dont have any dislike of this software right now

Very stable and easy to use

Ability to discuss topics and make decisions with group no matter how far they are, no matter what country they are in

Just experienced connection issues due to bad internet, and had to log out and log in all again, but not happening too often, so it was a minor issue

We often share property portfolio and new construction projects and introduce those to international partners

Super easy to use. you can call in and screen share and its like you are in the same conference room with business partners

Literally nothing! There is nothing better than going to a meeting at your desk or from home.

Connecting with people who are further away. You don't have to travel and you can collaborate as a group from miles apart!

A lot! Between rapid deployment and ease of use, it's better than anything else I have used. Intuitive controls and well laid out platform, I was able to launch an emergency meeting within 10 minutes after I started signing up.

Nothing, so far. I am not that long of a user (1 week) so I will find something!

I can have my own personal meeting room where I can host meetings or conference calls on the fly.

Unless you subscribe to OpenVoice, you don't have the option of having the system call you.

I host all meetings, with remote employees and with those outside of the company with this software. I am able to record meetings as needed and then have a written transcription emailed to me and in the cloud.

Really good software. Never had any problems with. Helpful staff as well. Easy to use.

Nothing. Never encounter any problems with that program.

Easier to do a meeting than a conference call.

I like that I am able to collaborate with multiple people at once. It's great that you can have multiple people in a session, as well as the ability to mute people, and change the presenter.

There isn't really anything I dislike about GoToMeeting, but sometimes it does feel a bit outdated.

With this, we are able to hold meetings across multiple teams from all over the US. This makes it simple to share screens and present on items. It's also great that we can record meetings and send it to people that weren't able to make the meeting.

This program was so easy to use and really helped with our webinars and ease of functions

It was a little difficult to set up at first but after getting ost the intial set up I really enjoyed it!

In my most of my jobs I have a Global Diverse workforce , GO TO meetings have made our lives and work Very easy and seamless. It has helped bridge the distance between virtual teams. Really love the Tool which helped my teams be more productive and Agile.

Not many things to list here , lot of times for new users from outside the organization webclient does not seem to work well they try the webclient first when it does not work they end up with desktop install which does not help sometimes.

Working with my Global Teams

GoToMeeting is very easy to use - it takes under a minute to set up conference calls. Meets my needs!

It would be nice if unlimited users could set up meetings - currently, we only have a few logins, but it would be nice if everyone was able to coordinate through their personal Outlook, similar to Skype for Business

What I like best is the ability to work with co-workers who are located in different offices. It has afforded the opportunity for all of our employees to be in 1 meeting at the same time.

There is nothing that I dislike about this program. This product has changed the way that the workforce does business in that it brings people from all over together at the same time.

Travel expenses are reduced drastically by having GoToMeetings instead of traveling to the different offices. Allows people from all over to join in. We have realized that it is not necessary to physically be in the same office to share ideas

This is a great platform to host webinars, share audio, video, photos, and other types of presentations. Much easier than other platforms we have used.

What's not to like? I use this product for a reason - to easily conduct meetings/webinars and this program makes it happen.

This program is very easy to use and free to use. I have used this many times for webinars, troubleshooting computer issues, show and tell, and much more. I have had no issues using this program. I did not get any training on this, it is very intuitive to use.

I do not understand why I have to download the same thing every time I use the program. Not a big issue though.

This gives us the ability to present our designs to customers and suppliers. It is a great tool.

Ease of use even for technologically challenged. Never had a disconnect problem that wasn't user initiated.

As of today have not had any problem with GoTo. It would be nice if it got coffee but you can't have everything.

Inability for colleagues to travel so necessary connections and planning can be done.

I love the ease of switching presenters with GoToMeeting. It's very simple to implement for someone new the very first time.

I don't like that you have to download the file to get it set up or that it pops up every time I turn on my computer.

We are looking to share information with large groups without having them all in the same room. We've saved money since we don't have to have people into the office as often.

It is very easy to set up a meeting and send the meeting information out to attendees. We use GoToMeeting for product demos, client training, and continuing education for our clients. We have never had any issues. GTM makes meetings easy for the host AND the attendees. It is also a very trustworthy meeting tool - it has never shut down unexpectedly.

There is nothing that we dislike. It has been a wonderful tool for meetings of all kinds.

Easy conferencing for demos and trainings, and reliable meetings for with our remote employees. Joining meetings is very easy for attendees, which is a great way to start a call off on a high note!

I really love the ease of use and the fact that the mobile app works really well. I spend a lot of time on the road for business and I am always amazed at the quality and speed of the connection to meetings on my Android Phone.

I wish the conference IDs/codes were shorter, but their new one-touch generated phone numbers and codes have greatly helped with this. Sometimes on the mobile app it is a little difficult to get bluetooth or wired audio connections correct, but that's not a major issue. I don't usually have any technical issues with GoTo Meeting, however sometimes participants do, I'm chalking that up to user error.

A primary purpose of my role at the company is to act as a bridge between sales and IT between InDemand and our customers/potential customers. So I spend a lot of time on conference calls, it is important that calls are easy to create and are stable.

I like that we can have many people in different places on the call , no matter what. It makes life so much easier.

So far, I have not experienced any problems with GoToMeeting. I have no dislikes at this time.

Having a remote workforce, GoToMeeting is the best way to gather staff for meetings, etc. I also conduct "interview presentations" with sales, training, marketing and C level candidates via GoToMeeting. This essential part of our interview process allows everyone on the senior management team, interview team and HR an opportunity assess potential hires.
