Besides the instant and huge speed improvement without lifting a finger, it's having the full visibility of what's going on with my websites when I want to see it and control it. I never imagined I would be able to pile all 12 of my websites onto servers and move them around freely as needed between servers and levels of service as I learn how to do it.

Honestly I've yet to encounter anything undesirable. I moved 12 websites into Cloudways and never once needed to contact support. It's not really because of any expertise, it's more about having the right attitude - working on a need-to-know basis and incrementally assembling things until done.

Cloudways affords me the detailed visibility of what's actually happening with my websites that's just not possible with managed wordpress hosting at, say, GoDaddy, Bluehost, Siteground, Hostgator, etc. The significant increase in speed happens just because it's cloud-based, but I have the ability to then go in and both see and tweak my way to even bigger speed increases.

Everything at Cloudways Platform is tailored to give us what we need: full management of the servers, simple and intuitive yet powerfull console, with one of the best support teams I've ever found on the market.

I couldn't say I dislike something. It's all so well made and taking in account the customers, that it's hard to find something to criticize. I've been suggesting a few (mostly UI/UX) things, and most of them are acutally being implemented.

It has changed my Server Deployment time from 5 days to a couple hours, and my Problem-Solving Timeframe from days or weeks, to a few minutes. With the Cloudways Support Team I also learn to solve issues on my own, with their help, and this makes me a better Hostmaster using the Cloudways Platform.

The customer service is great and you get a lot of effective help . The speed of my site became excellent

As the usage of a project grows, it's also easy to scale up to meet the new performance needs. And it's affordable. It's also very reliable and has helpful and responsive support. With Cloudways, a new project environment is ready to go for me in just a few minutes.

I have no immediate dislikes that come to mind. Although I had once incurred an issue with log files growing too large, the technical support team resolved it.

Web application prototyping. The key benefit is the immediate deployment of a droplet with the development STACK of my choosing ready to go. Skipping the configuration steps saves a great deal of time and frustration.

The ease of use of a managed host but with knowledgeable, fast and efficient support and the flexibility to get close to dedicated hosting capabilities and options.

The user interface on Cloudways is very easy to use. I needed to extend the php maximum execution time for my website and this was very easy to do.

The support is probably the best thing about Cloudways. I was one of their beta users back in 2014 and have been using them ever since. Their 24/7 support chat is fast, responsive and solves my problems very quickly. The interface is also so good that it makes my life so much easier

They only support the PHP stack. That's a major drawback because there are a lot of solutions and customers that will want to use Node or Python and it's a pain to manage multiple providers for them. So if the customer requires something outside of PHP, I don't end up using them

The server administration is so much easier and simple to do without having to SSH into each server. Also the entire stack is optimised as a single integrated stack.

I dislike the lack of a cpanel, that really took some getting used to as well as not having control over my email accounts.

I migrated 2 sites over to cloudways. One was 16g! No issues, sites came right up using https.

Downsizing a server is possible but a bit tricky and not as clean as everything else

Easy. Very very easy to use, setup and maintain apps. My favourite feature would be the 2 step setup and your Github repo can be pulled. Sure beats writing a bunch of terminal commands! My next favourite feature would be the extremely easy setup of a stating/production environments.

Only thing I'm missing is the ability to auto pull from Git once a new commit to the master branch has been made.

Uptime and reliability. Our company develops applications mostly in Laravel. Cloudways provided an out-the -box Laravel setup. It's nearly impossible to host Laravel applications on our managed or shared dedicated servers we previously used.

The migration tools its very awesome, you can migrate your site on the fly without having any issues. Monitoring tools that been use in cloudways its very effective

Development on the new software examples the SQL/PHP usually delay in the rollout plan.

Server literally works out of the box and works smoothly. Any questions I have are answered quickly and professionally.

There is not much to dislike. Of course, answers could be faster but again I am currently on smaller server option where answers are within a timeframe that represents option I am using and I had experience with the different company that used to answer much faster but their answers were often not valid while cloudways answers with detailed explanation.

We are quickly expanding company and we were looking for managed hosting that will provide us with out of the box good service with possibility to update and customize and cloudways seem to fit right in.

Cloudways provides a quality control panel for a VPS/cloud server, premium proactive support, and a fast, optimized WordPress platform for a reasonable price. CloudWays installs and configures a performant stack, including Nginx reverse proxy in front of Apache, PHP 7.2 FPM (latest in 2018), Varnish, Redis, and Memcached. Even though I chose the smallest DigitalOcean server plan through Cloudways, my client's eCommerce WordPress site works really fast in my experience.

It is hard to find a reasonable complaint at this point. On the contrary, their willing and proactive support, no-root-access sFTP/SSH, and a GUI for managing the server, makes it easier to hand over server management to the client, if needed.

A free domain should be available so that we can avoid relying on the third-party domain registers to purchase the domain. Also, CDN feature should be offered for Free. the email service cost extra when most of the services give this feature for free. there is no option to register domains so you have to register it elsewhere and update nameservers to work with cloudways,

Starts from the pricing its self Cloudways is great. they offer so many choices that you could find a package that best suits your need. its one of the most affordable cloud platforms available. the free trial provided them is great so that you can try their platform without paying anything. The best part of Cloudways is their support, they are always online and reply instantly to your queries.they also offer SSH access that most cloud hosting platform does not offer. The setup and one-click Installations are also great that you don't have to sweat much to launch your server. The performance of the Servers is really good that my website was up almost all the time.

the plans and interface are a bit confusing in the beginning that a newbie to hosting can find it difficult to find whats best for them. another problem with cloudways is the lack of supported applications, they mainly offer only PHP based Scripts.i also had trouble with my Database when I tried to add SSL socket to my website which was resolved later.
