Some of the best user experience design standards I've seen lately. Simple and easy to use. BlueJeans desktop app is so easy to use, and schedule meetings are quick and simple. The interactions are so smooth and fun. Can't tell you how wonderful it feels clicking the Settings button, every single time :-D The mobile companion app is a great value-add too, completes the ecosystem. As a designer, I follow BlueJeans very closely and every upgrade feels customer focused and promising. The copy is just right. I can see how everything was so carefully done.

I like video conference and sharing powerpoint presentations. The recording option is great, as well. Being a mediator on the back end, made it easy to allow to mute and unmute other callers (both phone/video).

The product is costly and there's no clear pricing guidelines. The company has a lot of turnover, which was frustrating when we've tried to get a clear breakdown or menu of costs. We've never received such.

It has excellent host controls which helps the host to manage meetings and have the power to silence / unmute a guest, delete it or invite people to meetings. It has features such as capturing conference, screen sharing or all content on screen, sharing snapshot or screenshot, and interacting with members. It is a heavy board capable of locking and causing participants problems. It needs a password to enter each meeting without all the meeting information for each meeting. It cannot be used as a standalone contact mechanism and phone calls like other methods are not allowed. Like other tools, the app is not strongly integratable, nor is it favoured by consumers any more. Default options for all community members are very difficult to deliver. Often the sound is a little mechanical / sweaty.

I have experienced stability issues at times and on certain versions of the software. New version took a step back from the previous version.
