Unfortuantely information cannot be quickly transferred from an old program.

It is too early to tell. However we hope this can consolidate all the programs we use now and forecast our workload moving forward.

The Timer, though I wish it required less clicks.

Everything has to be manually entered. Would be nice if we could bulk upload projects and tasks.

Honestly, what we used before was more convenient for my job position but it is helpful for people who didn't use our software.

There are a lot of glitches that affect the basic functionality of the platform. There is also a strong learning curve to use it effectively.

Big time is helpful in providing a consolidated place to track expenses and time for accurate billing. This helps my organization by ensuring that wip is accounted for and the efficiency of company resources.

You can't print reports right from Big Time. You need to export them into Word or Excel to be printed.

Updated billing software and do other reports from it

Leah J was Awesome, Clear, fast, and competent. most of the time the chat is great! this was one of those times, again Leah J was great. My low recommendation has nothing to do with her or the support I received today.

We've had BT for over a year, and it has never worked fully for us. We have had multiple issues from setup to current. The chat support is good, but all other levels of support really lack. It has never been right. We were promised certain functionality that never was implemented.

Nice concept to streamline timesheet tracking with a web-based platform. Works okay, but could be so much better.

I don't know if the company overall is solving problems. Some particular agents there have helped me with workarounds for the many bugs.

Staff is nice; however, that doesn't mean I should have to talk to them for problems every single time.

Since I started the program, I have been unable to correctly run a single payroll. Constant technical problems have plagued this app. I am so frustrated!

I thought moving from QB Time to Big Time would solve problems. It only created new ones.

Not much was worth it. At our size, I was sold "it would do what i need," and when it didn't I was told tough luck.

The number of membership levels is too rigid.

Time management, invoicing, and project management all are streamlined through Big Time.
