Very easy to understand UI and flexibility
Installing the chatbots into a wordpress site seems a bit buggy
Easily connecting with existing users via our platform as well as talking to leads from the landing pages is solving our client communication needs both from customer service and lead generation perspective
The way we can chat directly with people who visits our website is amazing. Sending automation message after a certain delay is a great way to engage with futur buyers.
I don't see features that I don't like in Tidio. The inside I can give to increase the power of Tidio is to be able to see the message pop up on mobile. We can see it on computer (the little text that says "hey, I'm here to help") but on mobile only the logo of the Chatbot appears. Also, when we use Tidio in French the number of characters (for the text pop up) that we can type are limited because French words are longer than English words. But Tidio is a great chatbot tool.
When visitors comes on my website they leave quickly. Thanks to the Tidio Chatbot the most qualified prospects ask me questions and it helps me to convert quickly those visitors into clients.
They just do it right without breaking the bank! Seriously impressed with how intuitive their software is and how robust it is as well. Great for customers as well.
A long time ago there was a bit of spam that made it through but it was quickly resolved and customer support was amazing! Haven't had problems since. I think it's awesome to see how they're always adding features/etc without trying to nickle and dime us.
We used to use a static ticketing service that just made things take too long and customers felt like they were being put off. Tidio provides a smoother experience making it easy for people to reach us when we're available and to get replies when we need to get back to them later. They recently added in a feature that allows you to manage chats as support tickets and that's awesome! I'm a fan and I tell all my customers about them. Much more affordable than the competitors and just look and feel better too so it doesn't look like something from the first years of the 2000s'
I recommend Tidio especially to those looking for a solution to answering quickly with or without a bot. There I'd an accompanying app to help you stay on top of incoming messages and to help track your team.

I loved the quick setup of Tidio. I had good UI/UX and awesome customization. So much is included in the free plan itself. Tidio is better than all of its competitors.
If you're new to Tidio, it's easy to set up, and if you need advanced features you may have some trouble trying to navigate and pretty much install your thing. It's still good though.
I see that Tidio helps me get more returning visitors to the site and it helps to increase my exposure. Generally, the more times they see me, the higher their likelihood of buying. That's really good,

It is only a week since we implemented TIDIO, and the team already loves it. We are a hotel supplies company, Zarnik.com, currently developing our B2B e-commerce platform. It's been almost a year since I've been hinting at a Chat widget suitable for our website. But always end up not choosing one either because of poor aesthetics, insufficient functionality, or sometimes exorbitant pricing. TIDIO seems to fulfil most of our requirements. Pros: 1. Extremely good design. 2. The widget on the site is not just an Iicon; you can customise it to have a small text on the side to nudge visitors to initiate a chat. Most of the time, chat widgets are just icons. Only a few website chat platforms say "Chat" or something like that. This is important to visitors who are not that tech-savvy. Tech-savvy visitors can easily identify a chat widget by its icon. 3. Pre-chat Surveys - They have good pre-chat surveys that automatically add contact details to the contacts. I have researched a lot, but most pre-chat survey designs are evil. Most of the time, the user will have to scroll down to the bottom to hit submit button. 4. The mobile app is excellent. 5. They have a Reply AI Assistant button that will rephrase your sentence in a more professional way. 6. The bot builder is also excellent. 7. Mostly affordable pricing.
1. The Reply AI Assistant is not available on the mobile app. 2. No WhatsApp integration. 3. 3rd-party integration is available only through Zapier. Yet to explore it.

So easy to install and config with zero knowledge of coding. Was scared of using software like this glad I found Tidio. Love the ability to not be stuck at my computer, visitors send help requests and I receive them on my phone like a text message and can respond in real-time. I made a sale today which I can almost solely attribute to being available to the customer.
The only negative is the ability to further control placement. For my specific website, I wish I could have it appear slightly higher. However, this is specific to me and the software functions excellently.
I am availabel to field questions from within my membership community and also to handle customer requests from outside of the community. Everything from "why should I sign up" to "where do I find this". My members are asking more questions about Tidio because they love the experience. Nobody asks questions about any other tools in our stack and that says something.

The triggers work really well. I tried so many others at a cheaper price, but they just don't work. I have Content Security Policy set up on the server. Tidio are well aware of this and have the necessary values to add. Customer support actually exists, again unlike the competition. Unbelieveable about how many of the competitors don't use their own software.
Would like the intent to exit to work before the customer leaves the page, rather than 5 seconds after.
Hopefully increasing the conversion rate. To offer discount to customers who remain idle on the page for a while.
Tidio is the best chat bot we've used and we've used several different ones. The best part is you can create your own bot and incorporate photos, custom discussion pathways, web visitors don't even have to type their question, they can select one of the text bubbles that best describes their problem or the subject they want more info on. You can check out our chatbot at curbsidelaundries.com It did take time to build the custom chat bot, but now it is like an employee/ sales person that fields questions day and night. You can also use a simpler premade bot if you want too.
It'd be nice if you could have more operators (users that can log in) without having to pay for each one. Also, the system wants you to have multiple operators that are live...and it is a little bit of a challenge to have the system send external e-mails. We were able to rig it so it lets us know about leads and e-mails our sales e-mail account, but I would like the system to be able to e-mail web visitors stuff and e-mail us with specific info to specific e-mail addresses, then we could use this form to e-mail us at support. It seems like limiting outbound e-mails is a way to sell more operator licenses. But I'd be willing to pay for outbound e-mails, it'd make the chat bot a lot more powerful. THis is still the best chat bot out there that I've found and the bot creation tool is incredible and easy to use.
