There has't been too much to dislike, Generally a Positive experience till date

We make Apps and Websites and are always looking for solutions that fit easily with our current building process. CometChat has over 90 Integrations, it takes minimal efforts from our side to Integrate CometChat into our Client's existing projects. It is easily to build with has all the features one could need and is overall the perfect Chat Integration for us. We love CometChat and the Affiliate program helps us learn and promote a solution we genuinely love all at the same time.

Customization and Administration features

The support team takes a bit of time to reply.

We own a marketplace website and wanted buyers and sellers to connect. We chose CometChat because of the options they have the features are perfect and the administration panel grants us control over every aspect of CometChat. We own a online gaming discussion platform where users connect and discuss games and strategies. CometChat has helped us connect our users and they love the product, we have private groups for different games where users can discuss the games and strategies. We love how they constantly update the product allowing us to offer something new to our users almost regularly. The product has helped our user base to grow immensely, the current users invite newer ones and they do the same helping us grow really well.

Its reliable, economical and does exactly what it says it'll do. We bought  CometChat to add it to our Marketplace website as a simple way for our buyers  to connect with the sellers. The product does exactly that, it lets the buyers  connect with sellers on our website.

The company is based out of India (we are from North America) and the emails may take a bit more time to get replies too. It's a small discomfort not an issue.

It has increased the number of sales we have processed on our website. It has  helped buyers through their process and made our website rather famous  amongst them. Similarly sellers have loved CometChat too. It has helped us grow  and get more business.

 Plethora of features as compared to other competitors. They have a huge  number of features and they Integrate with almost every platform available. We  are a community website and the Software integrated easily with our website  with no fuss. Our users love the product and all the features that it offers,  everything from voice and Video to their Collaboration tools. The features keep  our users on the website and help us increase user engagement. 

The activation details took time to arrive although it was an issue from paypal. So I dont think CometChat can be blamed.

We have enabled user communication in our website and It has allowed us to increase user engagement and grow our online community. They also allow you to show Advertisements with in chat boxes and that has helped us generate extra revenue.

Easy Integrations and Customization options.

Nothing till date. Everything is still okay

We own a online travel website which is built on Sharepoint and we wanted a chat integration that could let us connect users within the website and allow them to share their experiences. We couldn't find a software that could easily Integrate with Sharepoint until we found CometChat. We contacted the sales team to tell them regarding our requirements after couple of emails with both the sales and support staff. The team assisted us throughout the whole process of installing CometChat on our website. We are pleased with the swift responses.

We are a consultation website and were looking for a Chat Integration that fits  with our current website with minimal effort. CometChat did just that it was easy  to Integrate and had all the features we needed. We charge people per session  and wanted a chat system that could help us do this easily, CometChat has a  RBAC feature which allowed us to create a tier of users who could get paid  sessions with us. We used this to get regular customers to upgrade to higher  tiers. The features are amazing and help us do exactly what we want.

Private groups and Monetization options.

Longer Support hours due to time difference.

We own a financial consultation website and required a chat integration where we could create private password protected groups and allow advisors to connect with users. CometChat let us do exactly the same. We used the monetization features to charge users for every consultation session they took with our advisors. It's simple and effective and has helped us grow.

Inbuilt Monetization features and WordPress Plugin. Let me start with the  WordPress plugin which is easy to use and can be installed within minutes. All we  did was download the PlugIn enter our licence details and done. It was up and  running literally within minutes. The RBAC and Advertisement features let us  monetize our website easily.

The support system is a bit time consuming but they solve your problems once they get on it. 

We were able to create a subscription based user base and monetize CometChat’s features using  their RBAC tool. It has made monetization easier and has helped the business grow.

The product is really easy to Integrate, it took us minimal time to add it to our laravel website. All of its features fit perfectly with our needs, it has helped us grow our website surprisingly fast with a large increase in registrations coming after installing CometChat.

We haven't had any issues with the product up till now.

Communication and User Engagement. CometChat has allowed our users to communicate and connect and with a bunch of its features they now stay engaged therefore staying longer on our websites. It has helped us grow.
