BigMarker can be overwhelming at first, and like any other software, you have to be patient and figure out the best use cases for your needs.
After developing the content for a new workshop, BigMarker makes it possible for me to deliver the content and earn revenue without having to take my focus off of other projects. Knowing I have ONE platform for all my evergreen and on-demand content keeps my content delivery focused and organized. Best of all — the user experience for attendees is awesome. No downloads, and it works in the browser.
There are two things that make this software stand above the rest; yes the software is clientless like others, however the quality and ease at which an admin can set up an event, and the ease for attendees is what makes BigMarker the winner for me and my business.
Creating hybrid/virtual events is not in the base license but rather an add-on (that's too bad), it would be much better for customers to have everything included in a single license without a "buy-up"
Creating and hosting webinars and virtual events has always been a struggle, especially with platforms that require a client to be downloaded and installed on a customer's workstation. BigMarker's clientlless platform makes it easy to start and share a hybrid or virtual event knowing that the customer will be able to participate.
As a creator business owner, you may ask yourself ? " does this software support that? , Can I do such? The answer will be more likely Yes, even for the complex scenarios. Very robust and well-structured application
The number of possibilities can be overwhelming initially, and you want to use them all. It needs some learning, and it is worth it.

My experience is that it allows me to have all the resources to facilitate a webinar, from making the landing page, programming invitation emails, reminder and webinar post. You can also do an evergreen webinar. With all this I do not need other complementary tools to facilitate webinars
BigMaker is a very complete tool for conducting webinars, therefore, it has many options and the learning curve to get the most out of it can take a bit of time.

It's pretty simple to use but also really powerful. We use it for webinars, meetings, and podcast recording. The support team is also amazing and gets back to you very quickly.
Only issue is when creating webinars, you have upload different image sizes for the main webinar page and the social media share. It would be better if it just adjusted the one image you upload.
It's allowed us to do webinars and podcast recording pretty quickly all in one platform. The webinar tools are great as well, including live polls and the fact that you can pre-schedule polls or documents to be automatically sent to attendees during a webinar.
I love the evergreen webinar. I use it for a recurring webinar for public education. It is being viewed almost daily and is propelling my business into the lead for this sector.

I can ensure the security of my webinar room thanks to a range of settings. I can design the landing pages, emails, widgets, and video players for it to reflect my brands. And the best thing is I can create a template for all that so I can reuse it next time. A very well thought out software! I am amazed each time I use it, over the last 4 years now.
Nothing. It has a learning curve, and may discourage some people at first. But it is worth it to complete the process which has been designed for user's success. Maybe some tutorial videos or monthly webinars will help beginners to start off more easily.

It is effortless to use and has a lot of customization options to choose from. Our favorite thing about this system is that no software needs to be downloaded to be used as either a host or an attendee.

My favourite feature of BigMarker is its automated email automation system to remind participants of the upcoming webinar and the link to the conference room. I don't have to set up email reminders on a separate email newsletter platform. There are also features to automate promotional offers, polls, and video recording as webinars on-demand.
My pet peeves are that the video recording can take quite a long while to be processed and ready for viewing and download. It would have been great if there was at least an ETA stated on where the video recording would be ready.
An alternative video conferencing tool to Zoom which everyone is used to but is limited to 40 minutes usage on the free tier. The other main usage is conducting online training with clients.

If you're just starting out, their lowest tier doe not have a time limit, unlike other competitors with a 1 hr or 2 hr cap per webinar. It's a great way to start using a professional webinar software with ease of use for both you and attendees. Big Marker is a no-brainer for online coaches, course creators, and clinicians. As a health coach and course creator myself, I've tried the other platforms. Most of them are confusing to setup, or have too many "add-ons" they want you to buy, or put limits on the things you actually need. Big Marker is what I recommend to all my friends and colleagues.
You have to upgrade to the second tier (elite) to access evergreen webinars, which are an important part of lead generation for most online coaches and course creators. However, if you sell just one course for $199 each month, it's paid for. Let me tell you, if Big Marker doesn't 10x-20x your course or coaching sales once you've implemented Evergreen Webinar funnel, you're doing it wrong! Best investment when you are ready to make the jump to 5-10K months!
Even at the lowest tier, you can have a pop-up offer that sells your course, coaching package, book, supplement, or whatever you choose. It's a great way to even monetize old presentations you created elsewhere. Just import them & add the CTA and watch the money come in.
BigMarker is super flexible in the way you can use it, from live calls to webinars to evergreen content. Also, it is super easy to set it up with other systems and integrate it with all the other services you are using. Live support is almost always on and always helpful!

Además engloba todas las herramientas necesarias para sacarle el máximo partido a estas actuaciones a nivel de marketing.
No es algo molesto pero como puntos a mejorar sería la estabilidad de la conexión y que requiere de una conexión a internet muy fuerte y alta compatibilidad de las última sversiones de navegador para que vaya fluido, pero como digo no es algo excesivamente molesto.
Los problemas que nos resuelve es que integra muchísimas soluciones en una sola, sobre todo en lo relativo a webinars, aunque también tenemos envío de emails, cursos online, landing pages...etc
The ease of setting up a webinar, the varied options available, and the excellent user experience for my clients make this a no-brainer tool for live webinars, evergreen webinars, small meetings and hybrid events.
My only frustration with BigMarker is that because there are no applications to download, I cannot create a local recording of my broadcast. So if I have connectivity issues (it has happened), I do not get a local recording to fallback on. This one disadvantage is offset by the numerous amazing features and excellent performance of this tool.
I would not call it a problem, but I use BigMarker for webinars, live workshops, and small meetings. I don't even fully utilize all of the options available to me. The user experience is fantastic, and my clients love it.
There is no download needed to join, and the connections are away working flawlessly. We use the software daily, and it never lets us down.
The tool is a bit pricey, but not more than all the others in the webinar space, so the value for money is still acceptable.
